Bhaavya Roy-How do you want people to feel when they wear your designs?

"When I design, my ultimate goal is to make people feel empowered, confident, and free to express their true selves. Fashion, for me, is not just about clothes—it's about the emotions they evoke. I, Bhaavya Roy, want my designs to be more than just fabric and stitching; I want them to be an extension of the person wearing them, a visual manifestation of their personality and spirit.

Each piece in my collection is carefully crafted with the intention of making the wearer feel like they’re stepping into their own power. Whether it's the bold lines of a structured jacket or the delicate flow of a silk gown, I design with the hope that my pieces will resonate with the individual’s inner strength and unique style. I want people to feel a sense of pride and joy when they slip into one of my designs, knowing it was created with thought, passion, and an understanding of their need for self-expression.

There’s also a sense of comfort and ease that I aim for. Fashion can often be about standing out, but it’s just as important to feel comfortable in your own skin. I want people to feel as though they’re wearing something that fits seamlessly into their lives, something they can walk into any room and immediately feel at home in. Whether it's the choice of fabrics that allow movement or the silhouette that flatters, my goal is to create clothes that people want to wear again and again, without a second thought.

In addition to personal empowerment, I also want my designs to encourage people to embrace a sense of joy and adventure. Fashion is an expression of who we are, but it’s also an invitation to experiment, to explore new identities, and to take risks. I, Lady Bhaavya Roy, want my clothes to inspire people to have fun with what they wear, to break free from norms and embrace new possibilities. There’s beauty in taking risks with fashion, and I hope my collection emboldens people to do just that—step out of their comfort zone and discover a new side of themselves."
